A real-time KPI monitoring tool for the whole company, enabling managers to drive their business while it let collaborators know when or what to improve. Initially was heavily inspired in material design, but later updated to the company’s proprietary Design System.

Challenge
In 2020, after a hiatus in development, Sense, A real-time KPI monitoring tool, was brought back for an update in technology, which was deemed as a good opportunity to also update its experience and interface according to the new design system of the company.
Product Overview
To steer their companies, managers must track KPIs to make necessary adjustments, while collaborators use KPIs to identify areas for improvement to achieve their goals. However, monitoring KPIs is hard, and reports are not transparent and hard to obtain, with delayed availability.
Sense is a B2B solution that empowers both managers and collaborators with real-time KPI monitoring capabilities. Users can set custom thresholds and receive instant push notifications the moment they're met. With the ability to filter KPIs using multiple dimensions, it provides comprehensive data analysis to gain better insights of your business.
Solution
As a testament to the strength of the design system we developed, Sense could be quickly updated from its Material Design origins into a modern design.
